Our most loved gifts are ones that have been handcrafted. Whether gifting or receiving, knowing the process by which something is created and the care that was woven into its formation carries special consideration. To be handcrafted is to forgo the mass production cycle that may include machinery and automated systems. The process is more labor intensive, but also results in greater care, attention to detail and quality, not to mention, is a reflection of individuals who are devoted to their craft. Like a home is a labor of love, so is the handwork of creators and artisans. What better way to fill a home than with those things that were cultivated out of love? 

My Country Story began with a date night of a husband and wife making candles, but soon grew into a life creating handmade home goods and sharing this love with their children. Made of natural goat's milk and moisturizing ingredients, Andi + Roni make their soaps in small batches with scents to delight the home. A fellow New England shop, My Country Story is rooted in Dover, New Hampshire.
